Client Review: My home is over 100 years old, solid white, and near Lake Apopka, so it's prone to all manner of mildew, dust, spiders, and other flora and fauna. Even though it's only been 4 years since it was last painted, I was expecting to pay more than $10,000 to have it pressure washed and repainted. By happy accident, we found Jay and his company and decided to give it a try. He gave us a good and very fair estimate to soft-wash the house and surrounding picket fence. The treatment worked extremely well and the house looks almost as good as when it was freshly painted 4 years ago. A lot of the wood is original and quite delicate and would have been damaged by pressure washing, so I am extremely pleased with the results. Jay is a joy to work with, honest, and personable, and goes out of his way to do a excellent, professional job. I highly recommend Jay and Express SoftWash.
